Job Description
At Summit Grill, we need vibrant, enthusiastic bartenders who love connecting with people & are passionate about creating scratch-made, unique cocktails and other fresh beverages for our guests!
What you will do:
• Be genuine and truly yourself in how you connect with others – show your personality!
• Be a core team member in our high energy, bold concept, scratch restaurant
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Treat our team members and guests like family
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
What you need to have:
• Pride, excellence and integrity in all you do
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• A curious nature to keep learning and growing
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a current liquor license and Indiana Serving Certificate
• Restaurant or bartending experience preferred
